OK, so you still have to link back if you use it, but she can be used commercially (if you can really find a use for her in the commercial market) and if you make edits then you can show them on your site (with link back and tag). I'd prefer her nose not to be edited, but any other edits are ok.
Av and sig use is OK, as is layout use. Uhm, that about covers it I think. Use her to her full extent, and hopefully there'll be more poses for you soon!
